Introduction

This Seibun product, the Solar Sports Racer, is an educational kit simple enough to be used with 4th graders yet comprehensive enough to use with Middle School, High School, and University students.

The kit is designed to explore the relationships between electricity, magnetism, how circuits work, how motors convert electricity to motion and allow students to have fun while learning. The kit may be used by one student working alone, or a team of students working together to assemble and investigate the topics and concepts.

Using discovery-based techniques, students perform experiments then report observations and conclusions to the teacher. When the vehicle has been completely build and investigated, students are ready to race the vehicles.
